The place feels really cozy, with a beautiful, relaxing garden. Giorgi and his mother are great hosts, welcoming us with homemade wine and chacha and engaging talks about Georgia. The homemade breakfast was delicious, so if you’re heading to Gori, this guest house is a solid pick. If you’re driving, you can also park for free. Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect.

The room sits in the countryside, outside the town (15 minutes on foot from the city center, 10 minutes uphill). It’s a large house with a lobby to read in and full autonomy. Breakfast is extra but very hearty. The town of Zestafoni isn’t very interesting.

The host is very meticulous and caring. The rooms have an authentic, unique vibe. The breakfast was tasty. Nothing was missing.

The room we were supposed to get was old and worn, the beds looked like they were from the last century, and the room smelled of cat urine. Luckily the host offered us another, more comfortable room. However, the bathroom was really dirty! Three little kittens made the kids happy, but they were very invasive, sneaking into suitcases (so we had to keep the door shut), hiding under beds, and stealing food. We weren’t given any information about breakfast time, so we left at 8:30 without eating.

The house is great with big rooms, a fantastic kitchen, a garden, and the most friendly, amazing owner! Breakfast was really nice too. Super fun wine and cha cha tasting! 100% recommend. We loved everything.
