Near the train station, a kettle in the room, and breakfast could be booked without any trouble. The place is conveniently located for traffic, so when the window is open it’s very loud; with the window closed it’s quiet but no ventilation.

Very close to the station and cathedral, yet in a quiet zone. A small local shopping centre is nearby. We only stayed overnight, but we’d like to spend more time in Cologne and would stay here again. The staff were friendly and let us drop off our bags before check‑in. Nothing special to note; the hotel is in an old building but was very comfortable, clean, and full of character.

It’s in a great central spot, just a three‑minute walk from the main station. It’s a small hotel with excellent rooms, but there’s no real common area for guests to hang out.
