“Amazing Stay In the Heart of Pamukkale”

Everything at Doga was excellent! I had a wonderful time there. The staff is super accommodating and very professional, and the pools and property in general are amazing. I had the most relaxing time, and the thermal pool was right outside, which is great. Not only that, I loved the fact that you can have that water in your own private bathtub. The service was great, and the rooms were comfy and super clean. You cannot ask for more!. Absolutely nothing, we enjoyed our stay, the place is very Zen and Tranquil

The best hotel in the area, with thermal pools, spa, and massage that are simply superb, a huge selection of food for breakfast and dinner, desserts that deserve a separate story, and such variety that we’ve never seen before. There is a play area for kids, a playground, a separate kiddie pool, and a shopping street just a five‑minute walk away. We stayed two days and still didn’t get enough. The only negative is that the slot machines could be included in the price instead of buying tokens separately.

The location is good and the place is clean with plenty of services, but everything comes at a cost. The staff were unfriendly except for the cook and the breakfast team. Reception was cold and communication was poor. You have to pay for everything, including playing pool in the pool area. The food is very expensive and not worth the prices. The espresso machine actually serves instant coffee, not true espresso like any other five‑star hotel. They claim room service, but you have to go down to the dining room to get food, and they do not deliver to the rooms.

The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the front desk supervisor, Ms. Erdem, who kindly accompanied me to the police station and acted as my translator after I was robbed elsewhere. The property feels a bit old and outdated, but the price reflects that.

“Incredible”

The hotel is spectacular, in a prime spot, the food tastes amazing, the staff are super friendly, and the pools and hot springs are incredible; I’d come back a thousand times. We highly recommend it.
