The hotel features a fitness centre, seasonal outdoor and indoor pools, and free WiFi, along with a restaurant, bar, and minimarket. Rooms offer air-conditioning, balconies, and private bathrooms. A family-friendly restaurant serves Japanese and international cuisine, and Naha Airport is 10 km away.

The premium lounge was the best part. It would have been nice to have a large public bath.

The staff were excellent, the room and facilities were great, and the pool and beach area were superb. The airport shuttle bus was really convenient and easy to use. The team handled the incoming typhoon well and prioritized guest safety. The only downside was the limited food options.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were good, but the staff spoke terrible English, making communication hard. They had several VIP sections only for suite rooms that were never mentioned anywhere, not even on booking. The main pool could only be accessed by paying, unless you were in a suite. It was crowded with kids, feeling more like a kids’ hotel than an adults’ one. At least they should have a section that prohibits children. The restaurant food seemed focused only on Japanese cuisine. Definitely a hotel for Asians.

The check‑in counter had a long queue, the gym was not 24‑hour and closed early at 8 pm, with no free sauna or onsen. When I requested a late check‑out because of a night flight, they offered no flexibility and charged 3200 yen per hour.
