Only the location was good. I didn’t have a pet, but there was no option to select “no pet,” so I was charged and haven’t received a refund yet. You said it was processed, but I still haven’t gotten it.

We loved how easy the check‑in was and how comfortable our room felt. Everything was thoughtfully arranged at every turn.

In the heart of Tahoe City with access to everything. They allowed dogs, which was a great feature and often difficult to find a place that will accommodate. The air conditioner was loud and didn’t keep the room particularly cool, keeping me awake most of the night as it turned on and off. It would have been nice to have open windows at night instead, since the summer temperature at night is usually very pleasant.

The location was fine. They only had a window air conditioner on the second floor, and they never turned it on! It was 87° in our room all night until the poor little air conditioner could catch up, and no one on the property was there. We also had to clean the room and take out our own garbage, which was completely silly.
