“Room was not alloted denied by reason local people cannot take room”
I know the hotel is good because I have stayed there before, but this time they created an unnecessary issue by refusing to allot a room to a local person because the photo on my Aadhar card was old; if that was the reason, the hotel should have mentioned it at the time of booking or reservation. The staff were very arrogant and told me I didn’t like my Aadhar photo because it was an older photo, and they denied me a room, which is a problem facing the whole country; they forced me to make different arrangements on time, and the hotel should have stated this condition when taking reservations.
