“Incomodo porque no limpian bien, no son atentos, el hombre de recepcion”

I stayed at the Hotel de Antiguo, and the rooms had cockroaches, the pool was very dirty, the towels were old, the sheets and blankets were disappointing. We had to stay because we needed a place to leave our 6 suitcases. The hotel is about to be rebuilt, the photos look very old, and the bathroom is very small.

I could leave my luggage while I took my tour. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, it was dirty and had cigarette butts, the hotel was old, and the pool was very dirty.

Que el aire acondicionado si funcionaba y el elevador también. El personal un poco prepotente, cuando llegue por la reservación estaban cambiando de turno y tardaron como 1/2 hr en poder atendernos, cuando se supone que a las 3 es el check-in, no había suficiente agua caliente. La alberca estaba sucia

“Lo peor”

The location was fine. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The shower never had hot water at any time of day. The internet was terrible. The pillows were very old and the towels were the same. Everything was bad.

Reception was good. The hotel is neglected, services are lacking like hot water, the pool was dirty and there were cockroaches in the room.
