“Nice location, unreliable hot water and non-working A/c, great location, very noisy (weekends)”
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, with a lovely waterfront view. However, I was disappointed with the amenities - the hot water didn't work at 9 pm, and I had to be told that I needed to request it in advance, which seemed unreasonable. Additionally, the air conditioner wasn't functioning, and there were loud parties outside on weekend nights until 3 am.
