The price. The TV does not work. We burned ourselves with the defective kettle. The freezer was full of ice that had not been defrosted. The French door was almost impossible to close, which is problematic for a ground‑floor room. The reception was unpleasant. The pool was icy. The bar was closed all day. The wardrobe doors were defective. The mattresses of the yellow‑brown beach chairs were greasy.

The staff is very helpful. They notice the profile of the guest (older, family, children, physical difficulties) and try to place the room where it is most suitable.
