A great place to rest. The address listed on the booking platform was wrong: “Bairro Da Serra, S/N Consulte também pelos apps (Maps ou Wase), Serra Negra, CEP 13930‑000, Brasil” is not correct, we drove a long way, took a dirt road, climbed a lot, only to find it was inaccurate. Please correct it!

The house feels cozy, but the front desk could use someone to handle check‑in and check‑out.

It was a pleasant experience sleeping while listening to the waterfall. The chalets had basic utensils, everything was clean and organized. The chalets we stayed in were far from the reception and we had no way to communicate. Around it was a lot of dirt, a small path was full of mud after heavy rain, so there was a lot of mud to get into the car, and the side lamp was burnt out. The bathroom sink produced little water and was clogged. The waterfall is beautiful and the pool is nice, but since we spent most of the day walking, by the time we returned it was already closing at 17:00. I don’t recommend the lodge for children, because aside from the pool there is nothing else to do.

The chalet had everything you could need in the kitchen, which was a big plus. But the overall cleanliness of the chalet and the pool was a bit disappointing.

The location was spot on, right in the middle of everything. The chalet itself could use a bit of maintenance, though.
