OMO7 Yokohama by Hoshino Resorts

We had a wonderful stay at OMO7 Yokohama by Hoshino Resorts! The location was right next to Kannai Station, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to everyday essentials, which made travelling with our family so convenient. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of five to relax after a busy day exploring. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfort, convenience and excellent service. We would happily recommend OMO7 Yokohama to families visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in. I didn't feel any inconvenience; the amenities were nice and the service was good 😊

I was impressed by the staff’s friendly smiles, and even though we were four solo travelers, we could chat comfortably in one room. The attic room’s low ceiling was a bit of a hazard – I think I hit my head on it.

“Clean hotel, good location. Nice for short stay in Yokohama”

The place is in a great spot, tidy, with comfy beds and a good shower. Breakfast was pricey – about £20 per person – so I skipped it and instead grabbed coffee, juice and pastries from The Bakery on the same floor, which was excellent and much cheaper.

“お友達でも家族でも楽しめるホテル”

The new building felt spotless and clean, which I appreciated. Front desk staff were all smiling and helpful. The room was spacious, the table large and practical.
