“Wonderful!”

Very nice & clean! Location is great, very close to the bus station! Breakfast was good with different meals everyday. 1. We had four persons sharing one bathroom, so a little bit inconvenience. 2. Some extra amenities should be kept ready in the unit, such as extra towels, toilet papers, laundry powder, etc. 3. Bathroom should install some hooks or bars for hanging towels & clothes 4. There were some smell coming out of the pipe in the room located on left side of bathroom during the evening. Already told the staff when we checked out. 5. Should install one set of spot light on top of the sink in both rooms because it was very dark

Overall, the property was solid and the location great, but it fell short for the price. Housekeeping didn’t meet the highest standards. There’s no place to hang towels or heated towel rails, so you have to change towels daily, which feels inadequate for the cost. The unit had a washing machine, but no instructions were provided and the staff couldn’t operate it, so we had to add detergent ourselves.

We had an amazing stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—everyone was kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is absolutely fantastic, with easy access to the slopes and everything you need nearby, making the whole trip smooth and stress‑free. We enjoyed every moment and would gladly return.

“Great stay in Nozawa”

The location is great and the building is lovely with friendly staff, suitable for two couples. The fireplace didn’t work, there were no spare blankets, and breakfast on the last day wasn’t cooked properly.
