The hotel was beautiful, right in the center on Kars’ main avenue, close to the fortress. The city and the hotel were very quiet, the staff helpful, and the interiors stylish. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the highlight was the breakfast, with a wide selection of high‑quality regional products. The price was a bit high; it was the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our long train trip from Budapest to Kars, but the quality justified it.

What a wonderful place to stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In my opinion, this is the most beautifully furnished and luxurious hotel to stay in Kars. The staff were very helpful and professional. Breakfast was plentiful and high quality. The room designs and artworks were carefully selected and placed. The only issue was some problems with room cleanliness: after three days the rooms had never been swept and it was annoying. Even though the hotel doesn’t have many rooms, when we left at 8:30 am one day and returned at 12 pm our room was still unclean. A small tweak could fix this.
