We booked this hotel on a whim at 21:00, exhausted and frustrated after another place refused to honor the confirmed price on Booking. It was a last‑minute decision… and it turned out to be the best thing that could happen to us. The team responded immediately, welcomed us without any hassle, and found a perfect room for us. We originally planned to stay four nights, but ended up staying more than a week. It wasn’t just the hotel that won us over, but the people. The staff were incredibly friendly and approachable. They helped us plan activities, book tours, explained the city, even invited us to dinner with friends and took us inside the carnival. Thanks to them, Cusco stopped being just a destination and became a human experience. The location is excellent, breakfast is very good, the shared kitchen is practical, everything is always clean and safe (the reception is closed and staff are present at all times). In terms of value for money, it exceeded all our expectations. This type of service and human warmth is what truly drives tourism and leaves a mark on the heart. We would return without hesitation. Highly, highly recommended.
