“Unprofessional staff”

Nothing else after the bad experience. I had to cancel my booking upon arrival and was left with no place for my children. The staff was rude, unwelcoming, and there was a dog I wasn’t told about before booking. When I asked them to remove it, he just looked at me, said it wouldn’t bite, and said he couldn’t help me because I was scared. No apology, no professionalism, and arrogance. I will never recommend anyone and I’m still waiting for my refund.

The staff were friendly and the place felt like a home away from home, so I’d recommend it. The only downside was the old hot water bottles that you literally have to fill with hot water – a real accident waiting to happen. They should upgrade and buy electric hot water bottles, which are much safer.

I found this gem and would definitely use this location more often on our travels. The place is friendly, clean and overall stunning, and it felt like we were in the bushveld.

“A very comfortable stay with a great breakfast and friendly staff.”

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were so friendly that they made us feel at home. The breakfast is not to be missed – it was excellent. Nothing negative to say; everyone was accommodating and it was a very pleasant stay.
