The hotel’s location is superb, making it easy to reach the night market and nearby temples, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, but the strong scent in the lobby was off-putting and the in‑room amenities were very basic.

Le Patta was our favorite place in Thailand, even though it was our shortest stay. We absolutely loved everything about it. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Chiang Rai, and over our two days we walked pretty much everywhere except the temples, which made exploring so easy. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous—modern, incredibly clean, spacious, and so comfortable, with lovely balconies as well. The staff were exceptional, honestly the kindest and most attentive we experienced anywhere during our trip. We didn’t have any cash left on our final day and genuinely wished we did because we would have loved to tip them for how amazing they were. There were also many thoughtful extras, including self‑service laundry facilities, free snacks, and even complimentary bikes to explore the area. Breakfast was amazing too, and we seriously regretted not having it both mornings! We managed to see everything we wanted in Chiang Rai, but we loved the city and Le Patta so much that we will 100% return in the future. Couldn’t recommend this place more! Nothing at all.
