The spot right on the Rhine bank with a view of the middle bridge is fantastic, and the restaurant downstairs has nice staff. The room was pretty but quite small.

The location was great and my room stayed very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the window offered a nice view. The pillow was uncomfortable, so I had to ask for a replacement. Check‑in was a bit odd because I had mentioned a later arrival, yet when I got there the door was locked; it took about 20 min for someone to come and open it. There was no air conditioning, just a fan, and a small fridge would have been useful in the room.

The hotel is in a great spot in the city center, close to public transport. The staff were kind, and the room was sparkling clean every day. The terrace of the hotel’s restaurant was quite noisy until late at night, so I couldn’t leave the window open at night.
