The resort is surrounded by nature and the staff are very attentive. The table service is slow, and the food selection is not very diverse.

“Calidad precio: el peor sitio de nuestro viaje a Indonesia.”

la habitación estaba muy bien, muy cómoda. comida + servicio + precio. queríamos un alojamiento especial, así que estiramos el presupuesto para el último lugar. el sitio no está mal, pero debería costar la tercera parte: la ubicación no es buena (las fotos engañan y no está frente al mar), la comida es MALÍSIMA, incluyen 3 comidas diarias con hidratos de carbono a rebosar (fideos + arroz), y poquísima proteína. Les dijimos que, ya que no comíamos allí, si podían ponernos un huevo extra para desayunar y otro para cenar. Ni caso! Y eso que se lo dijimos al dueño y a las trabajadoras. También dicen que el desayuno es "de 7 a 10. pero bueno, el chef hasta que lo prepara pues está listo a las 7:30". Entonces, ¿por qué no dicen que es a las 7.30? Pero es que, además, pedíamos el día anterior que necesitábamos que estuviese EN LA MESA a las 7:30 porque a las 8 llegaba el conductor a recogernos. nos dijeron que sí, y al día siguiente nada, otra vez igual. Y por último, las trabajadoras eran muy intrusivas: todo el rato te preguntaban que cuál era tu plan, que dónde comías, que adónde ibas. Peor que las vecinas de mi pueblo, y si no lo querías decir, te insistían, simplemente decíamos "no vengo a la comida" y nos insistían con que querían saber nuestro plan. También encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación :) pero por lo general la habitación estaba limpia

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was amazing, and Jimmy the dive instructor was the best! The location is beautiful and Oreo and Aslan made it even more special. The only thing that could be improved is adding cushions to the pool chill‑out area, because the wooden “beds” were a bit hard.

The staff are very helpful, but that alone doesn’t make for a good stay. The room is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is very good. There is no hot water. The resort is very isolated, so if you don’t dive, it’s guaranteed to be boring. There is no beach access. The snorkeling boat trip costs 100 €, which is extremely expensive for the region. We paid two times less elsewhere on the island. The most surprising thing is that we were the only guests in the resort. It was ghostly, even though it was listed on Booking. If you read all the comments, you’ll see that it’s almost always the same room that’s rented. They don’t take multiple guests at the same time. The bar and the restaurant at the end of the pier were closed (see photos). The diving part also (see photo). We spent half a day without drinks because everything was closed and they had to go shopping. They resell everything at a very high price. The chef was absent, so we couldn’t eat when we arrived. We had to wait until the evening. I note that the reservation was two months ago. This listing is deceptive and does not match the standard shown on Booking. We had to shorten our stay to make the most of the little time we had left to travel. Obviously, the resort refused any refund.

“Tauchen in Bunaken”

A small oasis in nature, wonderful for relaxing and recovering, very friendly staff, large bungalows with terrace, great pier through the mangroves, large pool. Super organized diving trips, big thanks to Jimmy and the crew, it was simply great. Price/quality ratio 👍
