“Enjoyable.”

We enjoyed watching a football match at the bar and found the place quite comfortable; the gym was clean and well equipped. However, we’d liked more water and ice—our water bottle had to be refilled from a long walk, the ice machine on the 4th floor was broken, and the lobby water fountain was empty each time I visited. Also, the sidewalk outside the lobby’s south side is tricky: one side is flush with the sidewalk while the other has a step of the same color, which caused me to fall and only skinned my knee.

The room was clean and comfortable, yet the pillows were terrible and left me with a headache; better pillows would be a welcome upgrade.

“For us, it was all about location so it definitely fit that need! Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.”

The location was great, but the shower had long hairs on the wall and a dirty sock was under the sofa, raising questions about the room’s cleanliness.

“Ideal location!”

The spot is perfect, just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and the light rail, but the second floor was under renovation and blocked the pedestrian walkways, which was a minor hassle that I could understand.
