The entire staff was polite and friendly! The mattress was not comfortable, so neither my wife nor I slept well, but the room was clean and pleasant for the time we spent there. The breakfast area was tidy and the food was fresh and good.

The TV wouldn’t work. The desk clerk came in and ran a new cable from the TV to the wall, after which it worked.

The hotel was right where I needed it, the rooms were comfy and spotless.

The breakfast was nice, but the elevator was out of order.

The spot was great, but on the morning of departure the elevator was out because someone had broken some buttons, so we had to climb sixteen stairs to get downtown breakfast and leave.
