有热水，有无线网，露台很大可以吹一吹自然风，如果喜欢冲浪店家还有冲浪板租赁，周围很安静，早晚都不吵. 需要爬楼，住宿在三楼。厕所卫生需要加强清理有点脏，浴室下水不畅容易堵，整体设施老化，维护不到位，上铺的床垫容易塌陷下去，需要更换了。没有提供储物柜，我也没看到有，只住了一晚供参考
