I felt welcomed right away, the breakfast was tasty and the staff from the mid‑day shift all the way through the next morning shift were polite and friendly, especially the breakfast attendant. I’ll definitely come back next time! The toilet was just a touch shorter than usual, though.

The location was decent, but I was disappointed because I booked a balcony room and never received one. The manager and front‑desk staff were unhelpful; I had to call the booking supervisor to tell them I was owed a balcony, yet they refused a refund or a balcony room. I would not recommend this hotel.
