The location and tranquility of the place are positives. The terrace and its furniture were somewhat neglected and dirty.
“Awful, not worth it”
Nothing good. The bed was broken, the oven was broken, bathroom doors had no lock and bedroom doors didn’t shut properly, the TV had a back‑light issue causing flickering, the front door didn’t lock in place, the decking was damaged and black mould was growing.

The style has lovely touches, is clean and in a great location. The clubhouse is just amazing; I love the people there, all lovely, and the accents are classy if you’re a Brummie. Couldn’t recommend it enough. My three nights turned into seven. It takes me back to my youth and I still love the arcades and 2‑p machines at 40 aha. I couldn’t fault it one bit.
I spotted mould spores on the blinds and walls, and the extension leads were plugged into each other, creating a fire hazard. One of the beds was falling apart and had to be propped up with boxes underneath. We had no gas for 24 hours, which was very disappointing, but the issue was eventually resolved.
