“Mediocre but a bed for the night”

Spotless, Sunday dinner was outstanding, booked due to location as visiting Centre Parcs. Breakfast was poor for the price was not freshly cooked as arrived about 5 mins after ordered ! Obviously heated up in a microwave. Messaged nearly 6 weeks before visit to say two guests coeliac and ask if dinner and breakfast would be GF was told it would not be an issue no gluten free bread when they knew night before we were coeliac. Nothing apart from Sunday lunch on the Sunday no note of this on website although was fabulous food. . No GF cereal. Would not return

Very attentive nice staff. Externally the far end of the car park could do with a bit of a tidy up

“Decent hotel with paid cooked breakfast”

Our bedroom was huge, with a big bed, a writing table, a big bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. We were asked if we'd like a cooked breakfast and had one. There wasn't really a veggie option (in fact there is no veggie option on the pub menu either) however they made some eggs, mushrooms and beans which were tasty. There was no mention of cost. At checkout I was given a bill for the breakfast. I don't mind paying for what I've had as long as know upfront and can then make an informed decision. A simple "the continental breakfast is complimentary but if you'd like a cooked breakfast then here is the menu with prices" would work well

“Maypole worth to be recomemded to visiitors.”

Hospitality, Reception is very approchable. Eveone geatings with smile in their face. Worth remembering as first time to stay in Maypile. Mobile signal is weak
