Breakfast was ok and the coffee was good, but I will list the problems: first, () messed up my reservation and I ended up having to pay for two rooms; I doubt this will be printed. The rooms looked old and were outdated, the beds weren’t comfortable, the bathroom wallpaper looked pieced together, and the elevator could use updating. In the lobby the couch was so stained I didn’t want to sit on it. The staff were very friendly and polite and they were the best part of that stay.

The location was excellent for our purposes, the facility was comfortable, and the staff were very courteous and efficient, but breakfast choices seemed a bit limited compared to other Holiday Inn Express facilities I've stayed in the last year, even though everything was well‑prepared.

The breakfast options were excellent and the food was delicious; the cook in the breakfast was also very friendly and properly greeted guests as they walked in to dine. In addition, we really appreciated the employee who brought us the baby crib; she was also very friendly, made us feel totally welcome, demonstrated exceptional customer service, and went out of her way to make sure we were all set especially since we showed up late at night. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
