“Brand new, great money, helpful staff.”
Brand new. Better than many other old 4 star hotels. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Need to watch out the big glass door as like there is nothing there. I hit my head :). But No big deal though

The place is spotless, the staff are courteous, and it’s very quiet. Nothing to add.
The rooms are brand new and of high quality, the staff are very nice, and everything about the place feels top‑tier. The only downside is there’s no swimming pool inside the hotel; I’ve stayed at other Pattaya hotels with pools, but I’d still rather stay at House Hotel than anywhere else.

This has become my new favourite hotel; everything is brand new and impeccably clean. The air‑conditioning is extremely powerful and cold, and the only suggestion I have is adding a small shelf in the shower for gels and face wash. Every staff member was amazing, and I found nothing to complain about.
The hotel sits in a quiet, pleasant area with professional lobby staff who greet you with a warm smile; the rooms are clean and tidy, the bed is large and very comfortable, and there’s ample parking. I’ve stayed here several times before, and every time I visit Pattaya, I choose this hotel.
