“Bit disappointed with missing basic products in the room felt like i was paying top dollar for budge”
Location and view. However, I felt the basics were missing: no bin bag, tiny shower cap, and the room was too small.

The convenience and location were great. The lights were dim with no ceiling lights, and the bathroom is a little small.

The staff really know how to treat guests and are extremely good. The room was clean and offered a great view. The bathroom design isn’t great; the shower screen is almost non‑existent, so water splashes everywhere on the floor when showering. The elevators are a challenge and not fast to navigate up and down.

The location was good. The staff were friendly, polite, and accommodating. The bathroom facilities were clean. I had to request a TV remote only to discover no signal was working on the TV, so we couldn’t watch. Check‑in staff didn’t advise where the facilities are located within the building. The balcony was not accessible due to construction and felt like a box. The car park below is shocking, especially the turn into the facility.
