The rooms were nicely furnished and spacious, with comfortable beds and a modern shower that came with high‑quality shower gel. The bar staff were very friendly and attentive, but the reception staff were not very welcoming and didn’t greet me properly when I arrived. I had already checked my luggage in and received a number, yet I had to go into the luggage room myself and retrieve my bag without any verification of that number.

A great business hotel not too far from Zurich’s city centre, only a 3‑minute walk to Altstetten train station. No complaints for a one‑night stay.

The plumber was sent to fix a clogged bathroom sink, but nothing was done. The room was also not cleaned even after I requested it. When I complained at reception, the attendant wouldn’t let me speak to the manager and offered no solution, even though I warned that I might leave a bad review.

The room was clean and the size was adequate for one or two people. It contained all the basic necessities such as a hair dryer, dishes, a hanger, a kettle, tea, and coffee. The Wi‑Fi was fast and stable. However, there was no refrigerator, the temperature control was poor, and blackout curtains were missing.
