The person who answered the inquiry phone was friendly, which was great. Thanks to the water in the fridge, we could make our regular coffee and miso soup cups taste good. I wish the built‑in coffee was a single‑pack drip instead of instant granules. I don’t mind paper products, but having a tray would be handy. The phone charger port was there, yet for some reason it didn’t charge. Walking from Himekawa Station to Seven‑Eleven was pitch dark and scary; it’s not the hotel’s fault, but if you walk from the station, it’s best to cross the road right away and head to the right side.
