There was no parking near the hotel, so we had to cross two roads with all our bags. There was no room service; we had to call reception for anything. We booked this hotel because it had AC, but when we stayed it was still 28 °C and the manager turned the AC off and set it to heater mode. It’s a 2‑star hotel, not like the other NH hotels; I’ve stayed in many 4‑star hotels across Paris and this is one of the worst.
