The location is very central and there's a private parking lot, the menu is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. The wellness area is small but refined. Unfortunately it isn’t wheelchair accessible, so it isn’t suitable for everyone.

The beds are very comfortable and the city center is very close. We dined at the restaurant in the evening and it was very good. The breakfast is good but could be better, for example with fresh fruit and yogurt.

The cuisine is great, the breakfast is excellent and plentiful, and the location is superb near the thermal baths. At reception we couldn’t arrange anything in English and communication during check‑in was poor. We parked in front of the hotel, received a parking fine later because of bad communication at reception.
