The location in a remarkable farm is very beautiful, the reception is very friendly, the apartment is comfortable, the kitchen is moderately equipped, and the price is excessive for the services offered. The quality‑price ratio is unsatisfactory.

The apartment was super cute, comfortable and charming! It was central to everything. It felt pricey for what we paid, and we had to manually figure out hot water each day.

The setting and the service were unbeatable, giving an outstanding experience, and the peace, beauty of the place and the staff’s friendliness went beyond what I expected. The apartment suffered from too much humidity, which the weather only made worse, and after a few days the damp smell and constantly wet clothes became uncomfortable; a dryer would be a welcome addition since air‑drying the laundry is practically impossible.

The Sky House sits on the second floor of the building; through the windows you can see a beautiful farm garden and the ocean, and hear the birds in the morning. It was a very calm and beautiful place, and we really enjoyed it. The location is excellent because it’s in the middle of São Miguel island and driving to both sides of the island takes about the same time. We liked everything!

Everything was perfect: the people, the house, the garden, the pool! Thank you, Alex! Nothing else to add.
