The calm and peaceful surroundings were a highlight of my stay. However, the room could use a bit of a refresh - the wallpaper could do with a makeover. Overall, it was a good experience, but a few tweaks would make it even better.

The location is great, but that's about it - the rest of my stay was a letdown. The room was dirty, with cobwebs in the corners, and cold. The cleaning and customer service could definitely be improved.

Finding this hotel was a nightmare - it's not well signposted at all. The staff, particularly Caroline and the receptionist, were really friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. However, we had some issues with the room and the hotel's facilities. The heating wasn't working properly on the first night, and we had to call Caroline to sort it out. The next evening, the front door was stuck and the reception was closed, so we had to bang on the door to get Caroline to let us in.

The room's interior design was really impressive, and the surroundings were gorgeous, creating a great overall vibe. My only minor complaint was that the bathroom sink felt a bit loose, but that was it - everything else was great.
