The room keys kept failing, the curtain was torn, I told the front desk but nothing changed, there were water stains and hardened dirt in the bathtub, no extra sheet or pillow for the pull‑out couch, the mattress on the pull‑out was awful, paper‑thin and you could feel every spring, and the hot tub barely worked.

I have booked many hotels in my life, I chose this one for its location and price but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences because of the poor rooms, overall maintenance, and especially the front desk staff who went above any credible standard to make me uncomfortable; the guy’s name is WALTER, he knows nothing about customer service. A cockroach was inside the mini fridge! The room smelled bad, the shower had never been cleaned, the carpet was super dirty, and the general areas of the hotel were no better. The worst part was asking WALTER at the front desk for a room change and instead of any empathy he responded with rude attitudes.

The location to the airport, the transfer to and from the airport, and the car storage were convenient. The bed was very comfortable. Free internet was available even though we didn’t need it this trip. The hallway carpet needs cleaning or replacing. There was one bath towel, two hand towels, and no washcloth. The soap bar (1) is very small. Access to the TV is confusing – you have to go to the back.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable. Old carpets and a slightly musty smell pervaded the whole place. The dresser drawers kept sliding open on their own. The refrigerator was very small.
