The staff were excellent and the hotel location is good. The swimming pool and gym were tiny, and my bed sagged in the middle. The hotel is old, even the color.

I liked having a couch in the room and the Bistro’s made‑to‑order meals. The staff were very nice too. The room was clean with extra seating. Thank you.

The rooms were comfy, but the eatery sits right in the lobby with booths and tables blocking the view. I wanted a drink before bed, yet the person who called off the service left us with nothing.

My family's stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The location was convenient, but that was about the only positive aspect of our experience. The pool was tiny and uninviting, and my child was actually deterred from using it. We also encountered issues with the hot water in our room, and the lobby fire was not working, making the space feel cold and unwelcoming.
