“Equipe e hospedagem muito boas.”
The staff were very friendly and helpful! My boyfriend and I arrived around 9 am, well before the 3 pm check‑in, so they let us leave our bags in a space while we waited. We were exhausted from the flight, but they offered us the lobby with a few armchairs or the second‑floor garden to relax. The garden was cozy, well‑maintained, with chairs, a hammock, sofas, and small tables. I expected some noise from the nearby avenue, but it was surprisingly quiet. The bathrooms were shared (our room had a shower but no toilet), yet they were impressively clean; whenever I needed to go, it seemed the cleaning crew had just finished, the toilets were spotless, and the trash cans were almost empty. The only caveat is that, because the bathroom is shared, you must bring your own washcloth. I didn’t test the shared showers or check if they were as clean as the rest of the bathroom. The staff were also very helpful with local dining recommendations. The location was great. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of an elevator, which I only noticed after booking; the building is a historic, protected structure, so the reception explained they couldn’t install one. It didn’t matter much since we stayed on the third floor (the top) with two 22‑kg suitcases, two 9‑kg suitcases, and two backpacks, but it was a small hassle during check‑in and check‑out.
