All the meals were fantastic, the menu was exciting, the food superb, the staff so friendly and helpful, everything was perfect, but adding two comfortable lounge chairs in the room would be ideal.
Quiet and tranquil, the restaurant and bar were good, rooms were a good size, and parking was available.

The breakfast was hands down the best breakfast we have had in Mackay; I highly recommend eating at their restaurant in the bar, and even the room service options were fantastic. The bed was comfortable, the view was beautiful, and we could have music in our place without a music curfew, unlike most hotels. I will definitely book again; the added chocolates and champagne were an extra special surprise for my partner, and we both enjoyed our stay. The shower head was not the hotel’s fault at all, but I prefer a shower head that is either taller or movable; the angle made it hard to wash your body properly and hair, though the water temperature was great.
