Amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool, fireplace, games room, picnic area, barbecue facilities and free private parking. Hiking, cycling and nearby Dryades Golf enhance the experience.

The tents were beautifully set up in a very quiet spot, with a barbecue area, a small kitchen, chairs, a private bathroom a short walk away, comfy lounge chairs, a great bed, and a fire pit for stargazing; the hosts were super friendly and never seemed to mind any request. The table‑d’hôte was delicious, and you could order breakfast, lunch, barbecue packs, and more. Note: no Wi‑Fi (but 4G is available) and only a few solar panels for charging phones and lamps.
