Our room was incredibly quiet, and the staff were kind and accommodating, even sending us a bottle of wine and chocolates to celebrate our anniversary; I would highly recommend them and plan to stay again when we visit Nashville, though it takes a few tries to learn the floor layout.

The location and beautiful old train station were great, but I found hair in the shower; after reporting it to the front desk in the morning I returned at night to find it still there, and only after a second complaint did the shower get properly cleaned. The bed sheets were wrinkled and creased, possibly from a previous guest, and the front desk staff were incompetent and eager to take your money even with unresolved issues. Parking costs were ridiculous for “valet,” yet the car was parked only a few meters away; the valet staff were helpful and friendly. I ordered buffalo wings from the “Bar Car,” but the garlic was so strong it made my wife sick.

The place is beautiful and the staff are very helpful, and I will definitely stay again; some amenities were unavailable because of a wedding, but the staff compensated by offering a later checkout.

The location, patio room, live music, and especially the staff—particularly bartender CG—were phenomenal, though the patio doors to our room did not lock.
