The rooms were spotless and tidy, and the hotel’s proximity to town was convenient. The reception staff were very welcoming and pleasant to chat with while passing through the day.

I usually dread motel and hotel rooms, so I was pleasantly surprised to find our room free of any odour or stains. The shower was a highlight—heating up almost instantly, full, and offering plenty of coverage, better than the one at home. The bed was fine, and though I didn’t use the Wi‑Fi or TV, the fridge and kettle were clean and functional. The toilet was immaculate, and soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were provided, though we used our own. We didn’t hear any noise from the rooms next to us, but we could hear cars slamming their doors, engines starting, and people yelling outside; it’s not the motel’s fault, just something to keep in mind on a busy Friday night.
