The hotel is close to the airport and some amenities, but I wouldn't stay in that area if I were in Shanghai; they did give a free shuttle to and from Disney and offered hair salon recommendations, yet the distance to public transport and other spots was a problem, and the only complaint about the hotel itself was the Wi‑Fi.

The rooms were spacious and the bathroom huge—perfect for a tall person like me, and the bath had plenty of room; toiletries were refilled daily and breakfast had many good options, but the staff were rude, rolling their eyes and moaning because we were English; we had a translation app on, they didn’t notice until later, and by then it was too late.

Early check‑in was possible but a 500 deposit was required; Disney was nearby and they offered free transport; the room was very cold on the first night but warmed up the next day, which pleased us; we didn’t go to breakfast; the hotel is suitable for a short stay, though the first night was very cold and the deposit was 500.
