The room was spotless and well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful; the location works well for trips to places like Petaling Street and KLCC, but the barroom amenities were not good.

The room was nice, the staff were good, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it a very nice location, though parking was an issue.

I liked how close the elevator was and that the room was clean, but the TV was not working.
