The unit was fantastic, but the real challenge was getting in touch with the owner. We were looking forward to a relaxing stay, and the place definitely delivered on that front - the decor was modern, the bed was comfy, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. However, we had some issues with communication, which made things a bit tricky. It took a few attempts to get a response from the owner, and even then, it was a bit hit-or-miss.

I'm still trying to figure out why this place is even listed. We showed up, ready to check in, but nobody was there to hand us the keys. No communication, no phone calls, no messages - nothing. It was like we'd been ghosted. The host's phone was even turned off, which made it impossible to reach them. Needless to say, we didn't get a room and I'm demanding a full refund.

We had a frustrating experience at this hotel. Despite paying in advance, we weren't allowed to check in on time. The staff seemed unorganized and didn't communicate well with us. On the bright side, the room was clean and comfortable, but the hassle we encountered at the start of our stay really put a damper on things.

The location of this hotel is pretty convenient, but that's where the positives end. The room itself was decent, clean, and had all the basic necessities, but the property owner's complete lack of responsiveness was a major issue. I tried to get in touch with them multiple times, but it was like talking to a brick wall. The worst part is that they completely ignored my messages, so I was left to deal with the problems on my own. If you're looking for a hassle-free stay, keep looking.

I was really looking forward to my stay here, and the initial impression was great - the unit was huge and had a fantastic pool view on the 2nd floor. Check-in was a breeze, and I was all set to enjoy my vacation. However, things took a bit of a turn when I started exploring the place. The floor was covered in a thick layer of dust, and the shower area was a bit of a mess - there was used shampoo and hair stuck in the drainage, which was a bit off-putting.
