“En fantastisk vistelse ❤️”
We had a fantastic stay here! Clean, stylish, amazing staff and very convenient shuttle service to and from the hotel. We got great help from the staff to rent a scooter that was delivered and picked up at the hotel. My husband has celiac disease and the hotel offered a good selection of gluten‑free options. The staff insisted that he also bring a “meal pack” from breakfast to have with him during the day. I also tried a massage because all the walks gave me back pain. After the massage I didn’t feel any pain, which was a miracle for me 🙏🏻 We are very satisfied with our stay here during our honeymoon and would gladly return if we visit Ischia again ❤️
“Hôtel de charme dans un endroit idyllique”
A charming hotel in a quiet green oasis. The staff are welcoming and very attentive, always ready to help. The room view was stunning over the Naples golf (Procida, Bay of Naples, Vesuvius). We enjoyed the excellent meals (45 euros for 4 dishes: starter, pasta with seafood or risotto, etc., fresh fish and dessert) but you can also choose a main dish and dessert or a starter or pick from the menu: the spaghetti with vogole are delicious. The cuisine is gourmet at a very reasonable price; the menu changes daily. Breakfast is also complete: pancakes, cakes, croissants, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, eggs, omelette and smoked bacon… The maître d' is very charming. There is a 32 °C thermal water pool at the spa, and another small thermal pool at 38 °C on the outdoor terrace, plus a large natural water pool. The shuttles are free to Ischia Porto; the staff pick us up at Casamicciola Porto or Ischia Porto when we arrive by ferry and provide free return to the port: truly very nice. The rooms are beautiful, with sky‑blue tiles on the floor, light solid wood furniture, and careful décor. We were able to fully recharge in this magnificent environment. It’s easy to move around thanks to buses 171, 172 or 197 that pass regularly on the main street 100 m away. See the Aragonese Castle, the Mortella Garden (bus stops are listed on the bus), possibility to tour the island by boat… Thanks to the staff.

The location is well‑planned and organized. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, managed by Mr. Enzo, a real plus for the property. He always remembers the surname and tastes of all guests, making you feel warmly welcomed and pampered. Absolutely recommended. We did not use the spa… that will be the reason to return.
The building is solid, with a friendly and available staff; kudos to Mr. Enzo, the excellent maître d' and attentive supervisor. The shuttle service was punctual and helpful, and the reception staff were always smiling. Everyone deserves a step and a ten and praise! See you soon, Mati Maurino.

Great location and great staff. The menu is very seafood‑based and I would have liked more variety of other dishes. Many courses repeat during the week, so I’d like more variations.
