Winter‑sport enthusiasts enjoy nearby activities.

Everything was clean and fresh, and the multi‑level layout was nice; as a Passivhaus, it was quiet and peaceful.

The structure feels welcoming and is suitable for a family; the staff were helpful and prompt.

The apartment is generously laid out over several levels and interestingly designed; it sits on a quiet side street, the “garden” is a nice bonus, and the train station is easily reachable on foot. We missed a bedside table, a bedside lamp, and a larger mirror, and the kitchen lacked a few useful items such as a strainer. We would not stay in Chatham again because the city is not very appealing, but for business travelers commuting to London the apartment is quite recommendable.

The décor is modern and pretty; it is located in a fairly busy neighborhood, and the interior could use a few more touches here and there. We stayed two nights but only received towels for one night, which was a bit disappointing.
