“boli sme spokojní”

The rooms were pretty and the whole pension was clean everywhere, with friendly and helpful owners, free parking in the courtyard, a nearby lake where you could swim, and window nets so no insects bothered the rooms. Each floor had a shared kitchenette with a sink, fridge, stove, kettle, microwave, and dishes. The bathrooms lacked any soap, liquid or bar, only one small towel per person that wasn’t suitable for drying off after the shower. During weekdays there was heavy traffic on the main road, especially early morning and late evening, but weekends were quieter. At night there was an unpleasant smell of manure from the surrounding fields, so we had to close the windows. Some beds squeaked, but the mattresses were good and the beds were clean.

“Meravellós”

The owners welcomed us very warmly, paying close attention to everything being fine. The facilities are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The pension offers plenty of outdoor space for sitting, eating, and parking. There’s a dining area where everyone can cook if they wish. Each floor also has a kitchen. On the landing of each floor there are bins to separate all the waste.

The accommodation had a window screen, which you’ll definitely appreciate in South Bohemia. It’s simple lodging for friendly money, everything is clean and functional. The kitchen equipment is very basic.
