“Tolles Hotel in grandioser Lage”

The hotel is very beautiful and perfectly situated, with extremely friendly staff, especially at the reception. They change towels daily and offer a generous breakfast buffet. The location is ideal and all attractions are easily reachable on foot. The rooms are lovely, and there are many local spots around the hotel. Overall, the hotel creates a very pleasant, relaxed, and informal atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. The breakfast buffet was also abundant and left almost no room for wishful thinking. The only downside was that the replenishment of food and the provision of equipment at the breakfast buffet sometimes lacked attention. One morning, plates, cutlery, cheese, and water were missing simultaneously. After a brief note, the staff responded promptly and resolved the issue. A slightly more proactive organization would have been the icing on an otherwise very successful stay.

“Super”

The setting was perfect, the breakfast was great, and the staff were genuinely friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was a bar right in front that was very noisy late at night, but the windows were well insulated. I had requested a bottle for my husband's 40th birthday weeks in advance, and again three days before arrival, that it be placed in the room before we arrived. It was forgotten, and I had to ask for it. It was a bit disappointing but not a big deal.

“Nice place. Great staff.”

The location was great, and the staff were super nice. The dinner felt disjointed with the staff; we had three waiters and had to ask for water, an English menu, and where our waiter was, etc. I'm not a fan of the hotel's style. I know they're trying to be cool, but it doesn't feel classy and comes across as a bit cheap.

The young staff were very friendly; the breakfast was excellent and the Italian restaurant was very good; the hotel is well located, ideal for visiting. Nothing immediate to note.
