The place is very close to the center—10 minutes on foot—and we received a very large room with hot water and heating. Unfortunately everything is very old and quite dirty; the kitchen, in particular, needs renovation and cleaning. The fridge contains very old, spoiled products that smell bad, and nobody seems to empty it because of former tourists. The bathroom is also in poor condition with mold, so the owner should do a general clean‑up and renovation.

The owner’s approach was excellent, but the mattresses creaked so loudly with every turn that I couldn’t sleep.

The accommodation was great—everything was clean, cozy, and pleasant. Communication was smooth, everything went as expected. I felt very comfortable and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to relax in a good location. 😊 I’d love to return sometime!

Breakfast can be had at a nearby café. The accommodation (apartment) looks like an abandoned student WG with four bedrooms. The room is clean, with bed linen and plenty of towels. A small bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower is shared across the WG. The kitchen has various dishes and utensils.
