The staff were super friendly and apologetic when I had to wait a bit to check in. They even offered some nice words to make up for the delay. The hotel itself was spotless and really clean. However, I was a bit spooked by the dimly lit hallway on the 4th floor - it was a bit eerie. And, I have to say, the placement of the mirror right next to the bed was a bit weird.
