“Overall, my stay was very nice although brief. I'd go back for a longer stay in the future.”

I liked the pool and beach access, the room was nice, and the night view was beautiful. The staff did their best to meet my group’s wishes, which was pleasant, so I’d come back. The only downside was at the Playa Bar and Grill next to the beach and pool: the waitress was very neglectful, forcing my friends and me to file a formal complaint with the manager. The menu differed from the online version, so we had to eat from the children’s menu because none of our desired items were available.

I had a fantastic stay at Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort; the property is stunning, the oceanfront setting is amazing, and the whole experience felt relaxing and welcoming. What really stood out was the hospitality—every staff interaction was warm and accommodating. I also enjoyed the spa, dining options, and the many amenities on site, and I’d definitely stay again. There was nothing significant to complain about.

We truly enjoyed our stay; the hotel is stunning, the location is fantastic, and the pool and beach areas were lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience very pleasant. The property exudes a beautiful atmosphere, and we would definitely consider staying again. The only drawback was the room’s cleanliness: the balcony was a bit dirty, and there were marks and dirt on the walls, especially near the closet. A bit more attention to detail in cleaning would make it even better.

“Over all great hotel but would most definitely skip the breakfast.”

The location was excellent and the view was fantastic, even with the massive amount of seaweed on the beach. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Breakfast, however, was very underwhelming for the price, and the included 20 % gratuities didn’t improve it.
